Sizing:
If you're looking for a snug fit, we recommend ordering 1/2" larger than your wrist size (i.e. if your wrist measures 6.5", choose size 7"). For a looser fit, 1" larger will do the trick.

Size conversions are as follows:

• S = 7"
• M = 7.5"
• L = 8"
• XL = 8.5"

The most popular sizes for women are size S and M, while the most popular for men are L and XL.
